Erica Stringer
Technology and Road Maintenance
Erica Stringer is the business development manager for the WesTrac S·O·S™ laboratory. She has been with WesTrac for over 10-years covering sales and customer support for the North West Region.
Her role encompasses training in S·O·S web and Visionlink®, developing and implementing business development strategies to drive revenue and market share; building long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients and collaborating with lab and technical staff to develop tailored sampling solutions.
Jake Broad
Technology and Road Maintenance
Jake Broad is the CVA & Condition Monitoring Supervisor at WesTrac, where he leads both the Condition Monitoring and Customer Value Agreement teams in delivering planned maintenance, machine performance optimization, and predictive monitoring services. Jake has been with WesTrac for four years, contributing across the parts and service divisions.
This blend of hands-on experience and leadership development brings deep insights into maintenance best practices and service delivery, empowering him to streamline workflows, boost equipment reliability, and drive outstanding value for customers.
Siva Thillainath
Stabilisation Technology
Siva started his career as an engineer at Main Roads in 1985. His road construction experience started in Albany and has taken him to most parts of WA. He has worked closely with Local Government for over 30 years having specialised in soil stabilisation and the use of non standard road construction materials.
Jo Lim
General Manager of Corsign
Jo has 17 years experience with Signage, specifically the Road Infrastructure sector including Main Roads and Shires.
